As a matter of fact, he encouraged the cultures to procure their own music more, harnessing a developed cultural strength within their own communities. That was the point of National Socialism, there's a reason it wasn't called German Socialism; all nations should've been doing the same.

Just because he didn't want to exterminate or hate lesser races doesn't mean he liked the things they did, and jazz and showtunes were the hippest music of its day and flappers started appearing in the night life of bars, high spending, and jazz music.

All races adapt to their own environments, so the entire theory of there being a "lesser race" is null and void, considering the idea of a "superiour race" is subjective. National Socialism is more about culture than race, and before you bring up the "Aryan families" thing, understand that in old-world countries, a bloodline was a staple in their cultures. New-world countries (U.S.A., Australia, New Zealand, etc) sort of deter in that matter because globalism practically was spawned from those countries, eliminating the cultural bloodline much earlier on.
