What should I listen to then? Someone somewhere recommended me this as the entry. Sounded really cool as an idea, but that they didn't take it much further. Definitely couldn't understand what was the rage over them.

None of their other albums really sounds like TMS, I'd recommend maybe listening to The Powers That Be part 2 A.K.A Jenny Death. It's got DG's signature style without the abstract grit of some of their other works.

Why listening to Death Grips when you could listening to Kanye. Don't get me wrong I like DG, they have some pretty decent albums like BP and NOTM. But Kanye is actually better "experimental" artist than DG. 808s, MBDTF, Graduation, TLOP and Yeezus would whoop every DG albums ass any day and make them look bad.
