It was short-lived "supergroup" formed by Steve Howe and Steve Hackett in the mid 80s. They're usually regarded as a major disappointment because their one and only album was expected to be a prog-rock masterpiece and it turned out to be just another arena rock album with fancier-than-average guitar work.
