>Album

White Album for its variety, you just can't top Helter Skelter, Dear Prudence, Revolution 1, While My Guitar Gently Weeps, Blackbird, Mother Natures Son, Rocky Raccoon, Ob-La-do Ob-La-da, Cry Baby Cry, and Revolution 9, a fucking sound collage meant to demonstrate the sound of an actual revolution, all on one album.

>Song

Hey Jude just in terms of sheer dynamics and variety and also being distinctly them. But if I had to pick one off of an album it would probably have to be Helter Skelter just because of how influential it was

>Beatle

Paul with Harrison a distant second. John is overrated and his post-Beatles career is just him bitching about being rich and famous while trying to be a working class hero. Although Happy Xmas (War is over) is probably one of the greatest Christmas songs of all time. One thing John did have is despite his pretentiousness he was still able to come off as genuine. I also am a sucker for Pauls old lady songs like Honey Pie

 No.100673

I don't know about the others, but A Hard Day's Night is easily my favorite full-length Beatles release. It doesn't try to be anything other than a bunch of catchy, well-made pop songs.

I never liked the early pop-oriented beatles, it sounds too samey and the early 60s was rife with that kind of stuff. They got much better when they started incorporating more psychedelic elements on Help/Rubber Soul.

I like the really psychedelic stuff like on Magical Mystery Tour, but a lot of the more in-between stuff doesn't do all that much for me.

Disclosure: I think the Beatles are massively overrated

Album: idk

Song: Eleanor Rigby

Beatle: George because he was a total fucking hippy

Tie between Magical Mystery Tour and Revolver

>Song

Revolution 9 probably had the biggest impact on me, but a close second is While My Guitar Gently Weeps

>Beatle

George since just about every song he contributed to the band was great and he made All Things Must Pass afterwards

>>100660

>Honey Pie

That's one of the few Beatles songs I can actually say I dislike and always skip. I couldn't get past hearing it as an inferior version to Magnolia Simms by The Monkees.

>>100680

>Disclosure: I think the Beatles are massively overrated

Agreed, although I still recognize their talents and influence.

>Disclosure: I think the Beatles are massively overrated

That opinion is almost as overrated as the band itself at this point

Naw I still think its better. Pauls voice is just more genuine sounding in general. Michael Nesmith sounds almost like a parody in comparison.

Take embed related for example. There's just something about Pauls voice that nobody else can beat

Are we just going to ignore the fact that Ringo was the one who killed everyone? First he convinced the band to can Pete Best which is suspicious enough (I mean the guys name is literally "Best") then killed Sutcliffe then he took out the Jew Epstein, then Paul and replaced him with Shears, then Lennon, then he tried stabbing George Harrison but failed and later succeeded but had the money to put the blame on cancer. Nobody would've suspected the quiet drummer to carry it all out. Basically if you ignore Paul being dead, Ringo and Paul are the only two surviving members, and people are disputing wither or not Paul is even alive. It was all Ringo
