Also keep in mind the all female thing may also be overdone in terms of LN, VN, and manga, (not that I am complaining as that is why I am here and no I do not want /monster/ to allow monster men) but there is so many ways to make a reason for all female monsters. In MGE it was that the succubus was made overlord; MGQ was due to something (i do not remember); daily life focus on the girls mostly to create tension of not dicking the girls. However, this would not make sense story or world building wise in most other stories unless you want only a erotic stories. The only monsters I think that would usually female only would be harpies, lamias, spider girls, and maybe the succubus if they cannot mate through incubus.

MGQ's reason was I think Alice I wanting a family, and maybe to spite Illias. Its not really touched on, iirc, because Alice I was sealed for the events of the story, and you only hear things from Illias' perspective. Backstory is a problem, I admit, the best I could think of off the top of my head was something like the rest of the gods fucked off sometime after the creation of the world and a couple of goddesses started creating things as a contest for followers or something like that. Maybe, rather than creating them at first, they tried to get followers, then when humans started practicing a religion that worshipped all of them, they each tried to cheat by creating followers, or granting priestesses their blessings that would give them a leg up on the competition using open displays of power.
