If we're going by MGE lore prolly not. Even many of the more benevolent monsters from that universe can be rather rapey at times. I can't think of any off the top of my head I'd be okay leaving my kid alone with.
If we're going by a more benign Monmuso lore it'll probably vary. Spider and snake waifus might scare younger ones since you're dealing with built-in phobias that humans have as a way to ensure their survival. The older the kid gets the less of a problem that would be. Assuming they're sentient and human-like monsters there's no reason for them to be any worse at interacting with kids than the nonmonster girl.

In the MGE world, the DL's plan is to create a unified race where males are born as incubi and females are born as mamono. Unlike the present situation, this would not lead to extinction (since mamonos would be able to give birth to males), nor would it result in spirit energy starvation for mamonos (since incubi still produce spirit energy). To my knowledge, the lore doesn't say whether the DL's plan is to turn all of humanity into incubi and mamonos or simply to undo the "mamonos can't have male children" rule and then let those who wish to remain pure humans do so.
If an MGE mamono did give birth to a son, it would pretty much have to be an incubus from birth, having been exposed to the mother's demonic energy from conception and infused with it throughout its gestation.
An incubus is still technically human, in a sense, because he still produces spirit energy. He is essentially a human whose body has been infused with and altered by a sufficiently large amount of demonic energy. (The exact nature of an incubus does tend to get head canoned a lot though. I like to play up the superhuman attributes while toning down the overwhelming lust part.)
