The MDE discord is full of unfunny retards (much like this board, except less autistic and not hostile), so I can't recommend it. The only people there are unpopular subreddit users.

There's a community on Riot. I haven't been there in a while though. It wasn't that good, but still much better than the discord. I think this is where most of the users went to after admins banned the subreddit.

There are a couple of sparse MDE inspired communities out there, but they mainly have a focus on self-improvement and not much else. They're all boring as shit though and not very active. There isn't any of that good posting anywhere like there was pre-2016 on the MDE subreddit.

MDE isn't completely dead just yet, but I'm predicting that everyone who was ever a fan or involved in MDE, including Sam, will have moved on within a year from now, if they haven't already.

Having said that, KSTV2 episode 1 was tight.
