I wouldn't say so. Each passing generation sees more and more widespread sexual deviation and it's acceptance, it's increasing. It's only going to get worse as long as porn is available. Most young men have constant access to it from the day they hit puberty, combine that with lack of real life sexual experience, and a vast number of people are doomed to the development of weird, unnatural fetishes as their constant consumption of porn causes it to become stale, and they start seeking greater, more exciting highs.

Jailing is a bit much, but shaming and discouragement is a good place to start, instead of the encouragement and normalization of sexual deviancy we are seeing these days.
