Am I handicapping myself if I use the cheapest pencil and paper from a convenience store? I don't live in a big city so there are few options when it comes to buying good drawing paper and sketching pencils, there are a few ones but I don't know if it's worth it.

Knowing that I waste around 4 or 6 sheets per day just drawing poses would it be a waste to buy something more than the most basic pencil and paper? Does it even make a difference, and if so can you guys tell me how it changed your drawing or it didn't?

As thanks for future response have this perfectly accurate anatomy reference.

Also before you criticize my number of sheets wasted on poses I'll let you know I'm a beginner looking to learn fast how to draw the human body and I am not drawing big ass people, I can fit in about 5 or 7 people per page, depending on the position.
