So I've reading Keys to Drawing lately, and I'm at like page 63 or something, the one where you gotta draw gestures in chapter 2. My question is though, should I finish this before doing any other kind of art learning or practice something else at the same time? Like Fun with a Pencil or Drawabox or whatever

Observational drawing is the foundation of all other drawing and Keys is a great introduction to it. FWaP on the other hand is a deceptively advanced book about the concept of construction, an apparatus meant to aid primarily in drawing from imagination. I'd say it's worth getting all you can bear out of one before moving on to the other, but they are complimentary in a way, you're not in the wrong no matter what you choose to do so long as you're actually doing it.
