Why is the MSM so bad at their job?

 No.92625

>>92624

They're doing their job just fine, it's just not the job you think it is.

 No.92992

>>92625

No. Even their job at being propaganda is horrible. They can not meme. Good movies come once a decade if that. Videogames are the most blatant virtue signaling or another brown fps. The nightly news programs are all the goddam same and are at the point that the only time in which they started to agree with Trump (when he bombed a Syrian airfield) it backfired on them because his ratings started to fucking go down. And then all the "night time funny men," can not tell goddam jokes or do skits anymore. And the radio, dear god. With all these new genres and talents, and yet they refuse to budge and play the same music from decades ago over and over again while having the audacity to say there is nothing new and good, or when they do play "new" music it is from the same people.

The MSM really, truly sucks. They can not do propaganda right anymore.

low profit incentive for a subsidized industry

 No.93011

>>92992

I guess they're being out competed by the internet?

 No.93012

>>93000

Through what mechanism do you think they're being subsidized? How much money?

Nice trips btw.

 No.93097

I always felt the MSM was used to cover for the establishment. But I notice with Trump he seems to be playing them like a fiddle. So is Trump playing them or is it all some elaborate show?

 No.93156

>>93097

>So is Trump playing them or is it all some elaborate show?

It can't not be a show. It's all so dramatic, like it's some soap opera. One thing I noticed with all these kikes is that they really fucking love their drama.

> They can not meme. Good movies come once a decade if that. Videogames are the most blatant virtue signaling or another brown fps

Didn't know their job was to "meme," and that videogames are only meant to have straight white male protags.

>The nightly news programs are all the goddam same and are at the point that the only time in which they started to agree with Trump (when he bombed a Syrian airfield) it backfired on them because his ratings started to fucking go down.

this has always been the case

>And then all the "night time funny men," can not tell goddam jokes or do skits anymore.

subjective

No one interested in music listens to the radio to discover new music, and no one is forcing you to listen to music radio.

That they're not bad at their job? Their viewer ship went up after trump's election.

 No.93187

>>93186

>That they're not bad at their job?

HAHAHAHAHA

 No.93205

Because public education has done enough of a number on people that they don't have to be good at their job.

 No.93659

>>93186

Really? Last I heard a lot more people were cutting the chord with the one exception being boomers.

 No.94321

I know some people like to say the internet will defeat the MSM but I fear they're trying to co-opt it like with youtube where it's becoming more like Television. Are alternative sites stuck in a tug of war with the MSM?

 No.96786

>>93160

>No one interested in music listens to the radio to discover new music, and no one is forcing you to listen to music radio.

I listen to radio often, far less common is watching TV.

How often is TV-with-commercials not lame (or inflammatory)?
