Through some means or other, you have become the President of the United States. Assuming you don't elect to resign from this position, what actions would you take using your newfound authority to further the cause of liberty? Only rule is that you have to exercise your power "legally." Yes, most of what the president does these days can be construed as illegal from reading the Constitution, but given that such actions have been ruled not to be illegal by our socialist courts they're fair game. I'll start:
First, use all the power that the executive branch has claimed over the years to our advantage:
<Gunownership
>create new federal agency, "Gunowners of America"
>every American citizen over 18 is automatically inducted as a member of this organization
>as federal agents, members have the right to purchase, manufacture, and own firearms currently banned by US law
>can buy select-fire guns, SBRs, SBSs, AOWs, DDs, can also manufacture these without an FFL
>status as federal agents allows them to bypass any state restrictions of fun ownership
>can carry funs into schools, onto planes, or any other area that is a "gun free zone" to a "civilian"
>importers can import guns ordinarily banned from import if those bans hadn't already been repealed by me as long as they are only sold to GOA members
>Driver's license or passport are sufficient to prove GOA ownership
>If driver's license or passport are not obtainable (through blue state kikery of such) anyone may obtain a GOA ID card
>Alteration of any rules of the GOA charter, including privileges granted to members, can only be changed through an explicit, unanimous vote of every member of the GOA
>If a GOA member cannot be located for the vote, his vote is assumed to be "no."
>The GOA may only be disbanded through a similar vote
>GOA membership may not be rescinded or revoked for any reason
<Immigration
>Immediately withdraw all troops home, station at border
>appropriate DoD funds for border wall
>solicit armed forces and Army Corps of Engineers to build wall
>publicly announce that any unauthorized personnel within 100 yards of border will be considered a member of an invading force, and if not dispersed after one warning is shot on sight
>tell beaner government to assist in keeping illegals out or face 100% tax on remittances entering Mexico
>preemptively tell leaf government same thing as beaners may try to fly to mapleland and hop to US once visa expires
>any state which is a "sanctuary" to illegals is cut off from all federal funding
DEFUNDING:
>repeal all gun import bans enacted by executive order
>repeal all import and export bans of any kind established similarly
>fire every member of the FDA, EPA, USDA, FCC, BATFE, DoH, DoE, and any other federal agency that isn't GOA
>repeal any regulations passed by these agencies
>fire every member of the USPS even though its existence is guaranteed by constitution
>exception is FBI whose firing will be done gradually
>announce that tax evasion, violations of above agency's regulations, etc., will not be enforced by the government
>US armed forces will take up role of ICE and Border Patrol
For federal laws that the executive can't repeal alone:
>announce that the federal government will not prosecute those who practice medicine/law/etc. without a license, announce similar non-enforcement of similar "crimes"
>withdraw from NATO, UN Security Council, any similar organization
>announce that US will ignore any demands made by UN
>withdraw from every trade agreement that isn't "unregulated trade"
>use privileged position of White House as national bully pulpit to go on national TV and shill for Rothbard, Hoppe, and the Mises Institute
>use bully pulpit to encourage states to secede, say that the US government will not act against them if they do
I think that's about the extent of what can be done with the Executive Branch alone, thoughts?
