It's like "leadership development" or "personality growth training" since he's keynsian - lots of pathos, big and shapeless statements like 'believe in yourself" or "be positive" and everything tweaked to make the client feel important and improving while offering mostly ego stroking and bluepills, all for a price. Keynsianism works well for a socialist worldview and so serves well as a cronyst bluepilling fraud scheme. In theory such firms could work but some institute or research center would be more effective as it would not require all the interpersonal interactions for the same conclusions - analysis of the market. Consultancy firms are a bit better because thуir job is more specific so they've got less space to play their games and have to do what client asks instead but this activity is of a different kind.

Most of their consultancy is "spending your money on us is making you more economically literate because you'll make better decisions in the future" or investing into the sphere that has most state subsidies, either because their buisness does not require their statements to be true or because they are paid by third parties for the investors, own or are close to these companies, paid by feds for guiding money supply into the places they need or are paid for keeping the economic school alive and widespread. Or some kind of a mix of those, i dunno.

It is good and responsible to:

The reason "da Jews" get so much shit in general is because they are, by definition and by their own admission, the single tightest 'community' on planet Earth, almost entirely on racial lines (though due to how tight-nit their families tend to be, 'racial lines' and 'family ties' are basically interchangeable statements). You can actually see a fairly similar effect with the much-more-recent Mormons, as well as the escape path for Jewry:

Absolutely correct, since the original group we associate with Eurojews was probably only 1000 people or so as ethnic expats, there's an incredible intermarriage preference with probably only ~10% (by absolute guess, maybe more, probably less) of new children getting fresh DNA until very recently, and a few distinct traits from one to five extremely prolific people that were slowly integrated to the general Jewish population, they developed a fairly unique general phenotype that did not exist prior. It's a testament to how culture can shape biology, in a weird way.

You see similar effects among other Itinerant groups throughout history, though, so it's not strictly unique.
