Depends on what you mean by bigger. Ancap isn't implemented to a full extent anywhere, and has qualities that are generally rarer than nazbol, which is implemented to some degree in the majority of countries today. This makes nazbol the bigger one of the two memes, while ancap becomes the more meme one of the two (as in a less realized idea).
