If people catch word of such a thing, the policemen responsible will be executed physically removed and the company will go bankrupt. You have the right to protect your property, but once you've consented to people being on your property, you can't shoot them until they actually violate the NAP against you. If person X attacks person Y, while they're both on your property by your consent, person Y can defend himself. Also, the aquiring of private property is different from the aquiring of state property (except when the state does aquire it by voluntary trade). Private land property has been acknowledged since the agricultural revolution (with private possesion-property being even older), and has been aquired by either tending the land yourself or voluntarily trading for said land. State property by either expropriation or declaring all non-tended (and sometimes even the tended) land within its reach to be its land, which is the difference between fishing and killing everyone who fishes without a permit.
