Is theonomy the ultimate /liberty/ redpill? Are Rushdoony, North, and Hoppe correct in that Biblical law is the only means to achieve a truly libertarian society?

 No.89038

>biblical law

>libertarian

God is the ultimate authoritarian. I'd ask if you're literally retarded, but I already know the answer.

In which of his works does Hoppe propose:

>Biblical law is the only means to achieve a truly libertarian society

I'd be really interested to read that. From what I've read of him (Short History of Man, Theory of Socialism & Capitalism, and Democracy), I have gotten a much more secular impression.

Also, who's North?

I don't know about God, but Jesus was surely libertarian.

>inb4 give Ceasar what's his

…and he also advocated obeying the rules of a government if said government didn't go against his teachings.

 No.89292

Dunno about it beings the only means, but it sure as hell would be the result of a libertarian society.

Caesar didn't go against His teachings?

 No.89429

>>89422

Well, I phrased it wrong. He advocated following the rules of the government if said rules didn't go against his teachings. So rules that tell you to kill, sodomize, steal etc. Wouldn't be rules of such a government. The government itself did go against his teachings.

No. Socialism is christianity.

>Jesus was surely libertarian

For truly I tell you, until heaven and earth disappear, not the smallest letter, not the least stroke of a pen, will by any means disappear from the Law until everything is accomplished.

t. libertarian
