I'm pretty sure KRS-One is a leftist. It's more about armed resistance, which can be ancap/right libertarian, but it can also be revolutionary socialist, anarchist, etc.
That said, I think we should be careful to distinguish realistic descriptions of life from normative ideological claims. Gangsta Rap (or in this case, boom bap) is really more about describing life in the ghetto than it is about advocating politics. KRS does have some very political songs, but on this song he's going more NWA than Public Enemy.
