Extremely weird stuff and a really elaborate troll of weirdest attempt at propaganda by North Korea. In any case, I'm impressed.

The first of step of enacting capitalism is to allow privatization. People should allow own things such as land, properties, ect. and do business. People shouldn't be thrown into gulag without trial. I don't see that's happening in NK right now.

Well it's a start. It's going to take awhile to build an economy and job market from scratch. Capitalism is not just a development, its the competition that's matter. The more competing companies there are, the better the choices for the people to enjoy which best for them.
