How do we get him out of prison? Life in prison without parole is completely bullshit!

Just found out that he was moved to ADX Florence, which is the most secure prison in US. He is in there with fucking terrorists, and he never physically harmed anyone. He simply set up a market.

Maybe he got lucky. Trump is pushing for the possibility of the death penalty to be used in some drug cases.

meh, if I had to go to prison I'd probably pick ADX Florence if given the choice.

Didn't this asshole allow hitmen services to be hired on the silk road and then try himself to have someone assassinated at some point?

Suppose one chartered a high altitude plane, dropped in via parachute, blasted the wall with an IED, then had the plane circle around for Fulton extraction?

Mind you, I'm not trying to say that the trial itself was completely fair or that this guy completely deserves everything he got but isn't this guy's hands just as dirty as a common criminal?

I think there was some tampering with the evidence by two corrupt federal agents who are now in prison. That and there is some speculation on whether or not Ulbricht was the only person to use the Dread Pirate Roberts pseudonym the whole time. There's videos where his mother elaborates on it.

Smells fishy to me. If you got evidence of murder you usually pile that one with every other charge. They do it with mobsters all the time, and some of those murders are hard to pin since they happen way down the line.

This black-and-white television is what I don't get. Would making it in color really make the cell any less secure?

>"But anon, they're dangerous criminals that need to be punished!"

Yes, captain strawman, and they're being punished by getting imprisoned. How harsh that punishment is is supposedly determined by the length of the sentence, however, not by the facility it's executed in. You not only make proportionate punishment a sham, but you also contradict yourself when you sneak in a harsher punishment by calling it a security measure and then justify this security measure by its punitive nature.

Sorry, it is actually USP Florence High where he is housed, which is on the same campus of ADX. Anyway, here is his support site if anyone wants to donate cash or bc towards his legal fund to help him out.

I think they are getting closer to the getting this before the supreme court. They should be targeting the murder charge angle since that is what gave him the time, ever though he wasn't convicted.

>How do we get him out of prison?

You won't, he's never getting out. When we're all old men sitting around playing chess in the park Ross Ulbricht will still be rotting in a concrete cell for the unforgivable crime of letting people buy weed and cocaine online. If we're being generous, maybe in 20-30 years the law will be changed and he will be released.

What I wouldn't give to see these assholes who did this to him killed.

Selling drugs is promoting degeneracy and further dissolution of the huwhite race. He should have just been shot.
