 No.74647

How do we save this great republic? She is beset on all sides by communists, fascists, anarchists, secessionists and all other manners of rabble.

 No.74649

Kill everyone in power and start over?

 No.74652

>How do we save this great republic?

End the great experiment. Mob rule and the tyranny of the majority are antithetical to self-determination.

>>74649

Now the people who killed the politicians are in power. Even if they had the best of intentions (which is highly unlikely; the way incentives work mean the leaders of the movement are bound to be ambition-seeking sociopaths), you've just set the clock back a couple hundred years for it to happen all again, devastating the country in the process.

>How do we save this great republic?

You can't. You can treat secessionists lie the plague of the earth, but the truth of the matter is that so long as a man in California has the right to vote over the laws and taxes that govern a man in Texas, problems will immediately arise. Diminishing democracy does not look like a feasible idea in the near future.

Maybe ten years ago I would have said "Article V Convention" but I'm not so naive to believe that would work today. Frankly, there's no way to save this great republic without a civil war at this point. I'm not going to sugarcoat it and mean "save" as in becoming great again, I mean "save" as in keep it from all crashing into the ground and spontaneously combusting. We've long passed the point of no return, and the recovery process if we were to get all the right politicians in this next election would still take far too long to implement given the overton windows in place. It would involve pretty much abolishing all legal code including amendments to the constitution, and rewriting it from the ground up, but since you'd have to "reform" it instead of abolishing it, the recovery would take your or my entire lifetime and possibly then some, and in the end the economy and legal system would collapse before you could fully reform it. A president could start the process by abolishing 95% of executive orders including all three letter agencies created by executive order, but this will never happen, no matter who you stick in office, because executive orders virtually stack on top of each other to give the president his current powers that be outside of the military/signing bills into law.

If we're talking about theoretically, making it so only property owners could vote (with the vote being proportional to property factors, much like a shareholder) and signing away the senate to the gubernatorial/mayoral vote would go a long way, as would proportional voting and making the runner-up the vice-president instead of first-past-the-post (this would also make political assassination a more tangible threat to force opposing parties to cooperate lest they start their own civil war). These are all checks though on an unsustainable system (Ochlocracy) to keep it from falling apart.

RETIRE ALL GOVERNMENT EMPLOYEES

<with full pensions

 No.75107

>>75098

>Roman Catholic Church forces priests to retire by age 70/bishops by 75, doesn't allow cardinals over age 80 to make important decisions for the church like electing the pope

>Anglican Church is five years younger

>Mandatory retirement of judges in at least six states because they don't think an old judge is capable

>Federal law enforcement, park rangers, firefighters, etc. required to retire by age 57

>Air Traffic Controllers by age 56, hard limit of age 61

>Commercial pilots by age 65

>Military requires mandatory retirement by age 62 (68 for certain roles like Chaplains/Doctors)

>Obviously mandatory retirement implies they are somehow unfit for the job

>No mandatory retirement age for congress and similar occupations

Not sure it would do much honestly other than shake things up a bit.

<with full pensions

I have no love for America, it's a nice play to live considering the alternatives but I'd discard it in an instant for something better. Identifying yourself with a state is brainlet tier.

The USA today is the largest perpetuator of crimes against humanity and the greatest obstacle toward a free world. The sooner the American Empire collapses, the better. There can be no freedom as long as this monstrosity is still functioning. Hopefully the American people will keep electing incompetent manchildren like Donald Trump and run their own country into the ground.

First you need a time machine. Then you go back to the beginning to kill Hamilton and all his butt fucking cronies.

It's been too late to save the republic as a whole for well over a century. Those secessionists and anarchists you're bitching about could save parts of it that aren't too far gone, but only if you'll listen.

Put there by Commiefornians who cheated the system by flooding their states with immigrants to get extra representation.

As long as we're taking that route we may as well tweak things here and there so that Jefferson becomes the first monarch of United Confederation of States. Maybe toss some copies of Human Action around too for good measure.

>implying there is something wrong with soy

Hitler was a soyboy. He promoted vegeterianism and also "Nazi beans" as an alternative to meat products.

https://www.ghi-dc.org/research/staff-research-projects/prodoehl/the-soybean-in-global-perspective-1900-1950.html?L=0

http://www.telegraph.co.uk/history/world-war-two/9859294/Hitlers-food-taster-speaks-of-Fuhrers-vegetarian-diet.html

See, thots and gentlemen, this is exactly the kind of short-sighted mentality that separates the alt-right kiddies from real National-Socialists. They don't realize that the problem is the solution, that soyboys ARE the masterrace. Hitler knew about the evils of toxic masculinity, so he waged war on Europe to convert everyone to soy-vegetarianism, the reason he attacked the USSR was for extra land to grow soy on.

 No.75601

And this is why Hoppean anarchocapitalism will be the ideology that triumphs. While the NEETSocs are busy inflating currency and seizing the means of soy production, ancaps bulk up on pure, lean, ungregulated protein and follow the path of the SWOLE.
