Hello anon. You see, your question is actually a meaningless one. In ancap, roads will not be needed. Without government taxes and regulations in place, the economy will become so productive that we'll all have flying cars available overnight. As such, only statists are the ones who actually need roads, which are really just another forn of government opression and control.
