Give us any specific policies, time and period of them being implemented. Otherwise this has us assume you right, forcing the overwhelming burden of proof and research on us. You do know how a proposition and an argument work right?

I took a year of it in college and I only remember a handful of characters. In conversation I can usually tell when someone is asking a question, but I don't know what they're asking. I've never had an opportunity to use it, so I'm garbage at it.
