Summary: Authoritarian BO assmad about Rojava because it isn't a 1984 style dystopia like North Korea and the USSR, calls it American puppet, proceeds to literally support Assad (!), add wordfilters, and ban dissent. /leftypol/ is up in flames about this and wants a regime change.

Proof that anarcho-communists are useful idiots and that authoritarians will always stamp them out even if they have to support genocidal dictators to do so.

 No.70364

>The direction /leftypol/ is heading in and the state reddit leftist subs are already in prove that Marxist-Leninists and any derivative tendencies will have to be purged, violently if necessary, from any revolution or mass movement.

>They are the most power mad, hypocritical, mentally ill ideologues in history. They deny crimes against humanity and the lack of freedom perpetrated by the Stalinist states they support while claiming to be different from fascist holocaust denialists. They're the reason the left has no popular support in the 21st century, and only reinforce stereotypes the public has about us with autism.

Intelligent discourse on /leftypol/ for once!

Didn't this already happen before?

Should have made it so Bord Owners can only remove off topic posts. Especially posts without a topic at all. Everyone who creates a thread should be able to moderate his own thread and have to use a name (for that thread only) with no option to selfbump.

>Not supporting Assad

The fuck is wrong with you, OP?

Otherwise, doesn't this argument happen on a quad-annual basis? Swear we had this thread back in June/July.

I admire your spirit to shill for your dead board, but I don't think going from one overmoderated hellhole to another is going to fix anything. They'll run to bunkerchan for a couple days, say they're done with this website for good, and come crawling back because they're spineless and addicted to the speed of discussion.

>supporting a dictator

>not supporting the small Christian villages getting attacked by both ISIS and kurds

Get real. Assad is just another puppet for Russia that got attacked by America's BEST ALLY's puppets.

 No.70486

I have to agree with the lefty OP on this one Assad staying in power seems to be the best thing for Syria, especially for the Christian community.

 No.70508

>>70485

Assad is the only one protecting tgose small Christian villages, fucking faggot.

 No.70545

>>70485

>>70508

Those Christian villages are mostly in Iraq, not Syria. The ones in Syria are under the defense of the SDF after Assad abandoned them. Also your language isn't very Christ-like.

 No.70547

>>70545

>Also your language isn't very Christ-like.

Christ would have kicked your ass and thrown you out of the temple, seems like his language is pretty Christ-like.

 No.70548

>>70547

Christ never used violence. He also never swore.

 No.70553

>>70548

>Christ never used violence.

>>And making a whip of cords, he drove them all out of the temple, with the sheep and oxen. And he poured out the coins of the money-changers and overturned their tables. And he told those who sold the pigeons, "Take these things away; do not make my Father's house a house of trade."

And that is not even considering how every time "rebuke" is used in the bibble it means "yelled at"

 No.70555

>Give us credit we're not /pol/

/leftpol/ is shitty in it's own right, if not worse.

 No.70559

>>70548

Like anon said, kicking people out of the temple is the opposite of meek. And why did he let Peter carry a sword around, if he was such a pacifist?

 No.70567

>>70553

It doesn't say he violently drove them out.

>>70559

I didn't say Jesus was meek. And he probably didn't know Peter carried a sword, considering he chastised him immediately after he drew it.

 No.70578

>>70567

>It doesn't say he violently drove them out.

It kinda does:

>14In the Temple area he saw merchants selling cattle, sheep, and doves for sacrifices; he also saw dealers at tables exchanging foreign money. 15Jesus made a whip from some ropes and chased them all out of the Temple. He drove out the sheep and cattle, scattered the money changers’ coins over the floor, and turned over their tables. 16Then, going over to the people who sold doves, he told them, “Get these things out of here. Stop turning my Father’s house into a marketplace!"

>I didn't say Jesus was meek.

Christ. Do you really want to get hung up on this one word? No one likes a smartass.

>And he probably didn't know Peter carried a sword, considering he chastised him immediately after he drew it.

He also told Peter to put the sword back in its place. He didn't tell him to throw it away. And I highly doubt that He didn't know of the sword, because He travelled with Peter for a long time and these things aren't exactly small. We're talking at least half a meter here, depending on what kind of sword it was.

Also, look at the context. He told Peter just a verse later that if he had wanted to, He could've sent legions of angels after His pursuers, but He chose not to in order to fulfill the scripture.

 No.70607

>It doesn't say he violently drove them out.

>fashioned a whip, flipped over tables, yelled at them

<nonviolent

>he probably didn't know Peter carried a sword, considering he chastised him immediately after he drew it.

Considering he told all of his disciples to buy swords just a bit later in the book I think he knew damn well that Peter had a sword you stupid fuck.

 No.70683

>>70578

consider: sword is euphemism for penis

now the scripture makes sense
