Rothbard didn't mention child prostitution explicitly but he would've condemned it. Child labor is another matter. In countries where it exists, it exists for a reason, and countries that can afford to outlaw it can also afford not to have children in the workforce.
Another thing that's important to remember is that he claimed children have a right to run away, and cannot be aggressed against. Good luck, then, with forcing them into a silver mine. They can literally just run off.
While I don't agree with the vast majority of what Rothbard on the topic of children's rights, almost no critic ever did him justice. They cherrypick those passages that sound most terrible but leave out everything that could put him into a better light. But you'll see for yourself.
