Leftists tend to be skinny, fat, unwashed, unkempt or otherwise pathetic. That's one of these stereotypes that tends to be true. Not surprising, considering their ideology is about not taking responsibility for yourself, being mediocre, blending in with the herd and, of course, bitching about beauty standards all day long.

I don't think there's such a large difference between libertarians, conservatives and fascists, however. I guess with the latter, it's because while they're leftists, they like fighting and LARPing as legitimate rightists too much to resist working out. That's why they tend to be at least as strong as conservatives and libertarians, even if they might be less fit.

Leftists tend to feel "off" no matter what aesthetic they go for (unless they're going for the dirty unwashed moldy hippy looks). Even the /fit/ lefties tend to be "off" whether its their tats, the horn-rim/ultra-round glasses, or just the way their muscles seem to retain the "I've never performed a hard day's work in my life and most of my gains came from underdosing steroids on a bodybuilding routine while wearing gloves" sort of look to them. Aesthetic is completely superficial with leftists.

Even when right-wingers are dirty and unwashed, they tend to pull it off in an aesthetically pleasing way that says "I earned this look" such as from hunting/camping innawoods or working hard outdoors. Whether it's the fat redneck who wears wife beaters and a bud light hat, or the alt-right polo and hipster haircut combo, folks on the right tend to be aesthetically pleasing to look at even when shouting vitriol.

Libertarians are on-average less attractive than right-wingers, but this has more to do with confidence and stance than anything else. Many libertarians don't feel like they have anything to prove so they don't go for a bodily aesthetic and end up as either hungry skeletons or fatties, and their clothing aesthetic tends to be somewhat superficial in nature and based on what they think is fashionable/correct rather than what they think feels right. They're cleaner/sharper on average than the right-winger in their aesthetic, but it gives off an unnatural vibe unless you're dealing with a no step on snek fucker or the rare confident libertarian who walks with correct posture and other nonverbal cues to show authority through his freedom. I know a few of them, and at a glance they'll be the awkward faggot among the libertarians, but upon further inspection and in the context of a mixed society rather than gatherings, they tend to have far better aesthetic than right-wingers or left-wingers.

Aesthetically? They're usually attractive in the sense of "she's hot, I'd fuck her behind a bar/at a motel." They're usually not attractive in the "I'd fuck her on my kitchen table/I'd introduce her to my parents" sense though.

It's like how you'd find a stripper or porn star pleasing to look at/maybe fuck, but you wouldn't find them pleasing to be around for longer than the alcohol or weed is in your system to ignore half of the superficial shit they're spewing.

I believe what you're referring to is the "happy effect." Used to have an image for it that I can't find, but pretty much if you smile and you're happy, then you can have crooked teeth, a double chin, split hairs, nose hairs, a lazy eye, scars on your face, etc. but you'll still be someone people want to be around and will be physically pleasing to look at, but if you're unhappy/frown all the time, you'll start to look physically unattractive even if you're an 8/10.
