FULRO was a coalition of ethnic minorities who fought for independence against South Vietnam, the Viet Cong, America, North Vietnam and united Communist Vietnam. Their first attack and battlefield victory was against South Vietnamese and American special forces in 1964 and their last attacks were against the Communist Vietnamese in 1992. They were the only guerilla force to take dozens of American special forces as hostages and kill South Vietnamese and North Vietnamese fighters at the same time.

The ethnic minorities were the Cham, Degars (Montagnards) and Khmer Krom.

This is a book in French on FULRO by Cham FULRO fighter Po Dharma, who fought Americans, South Vietnamese, Viet Cong, and North Vietnamese during the Vietnam war.

He was captured during a fight against South Vietnamese and Americans and held as an enemy POW by Americans before being released. He was later severely wounded in a battle against Viet Cong and North Vietnamese fighters. Po Dharma is still alive today and is a historian on his own Cham people. He goes around the world talking about his experiences in the war and Champa history.

The Central Highlands homeland of Degar (Montagnard) FULRO fighters which is now under Vietnamese occupation, genocide and colonization. Vietnamese settlers have overwhelmed the native Degars.

Vietnam's invasion of Cham land in Champa, the Degar Montagnard Central Highlands and the Khmer Krom's Kampuchea Krom in Saigon and the Mekong delta which used to belong to Cambodia.
