If you're sending them out undercover for removal purposes then wouldn't a lighter loadout make more sense? A sidearm each and one DMR per team should be enough until the targets start hiding in literal bunkers. Also, looking at your target list a lot of places in Europe would be more efficiently/cheaply cleared with ww2 tier firebombing rather than small teams of operators.

It's Eastern Europe, so it's close to Russia. If it's close to Russia, you want lots of long range ATGMs, SPGs and rocket artillery. Going against Russia with your own tanks is pointless since they zerg you with their own, if I had to get 500 tanks for the sake of it I'd just get Challenger 2s.

I'd get lots of Spikes and Javelins. They're the best ATGMs in the world. These missiles are never used alone, of course, so I'd get some powerful but light disposable launchers with >400rha penetration, AT4s would be a good option. Short range ATGMs are also a good idea, I would go for MBT LAWs, they have about 800m of range, are top attack, can be used in tight spaces in case of urban warfare and cost only like 20% of that of a Javelin missile.

Rifles don't win wars, anything that will sling out 5.56 reliably will do. Anything goes but I'd get some AR15s from America or get FN to build me something. Or I'd buy AK5s from Sweden since I could probably get them cheap. Might as well buy out whatever the Netherlands is selling since their army is so underfunded and they're holding a firesale all the time. I'd want it to be under 3.5kg and have a 16,5 inch barrel minimum without question, though.

On that note, this would without a doubt be a conscript army. I'd hope for 5% of GDP to the army or military industry with a professional (QRF) force of 25,000 and a reserve of hopefully 300,000. I don't know how big this unspecified Eastern European country is in population, but let's just say 5-15m people total.
