Actual usually means they are looking for the specific person that radio callsign belongs to and not a subordinate. For example
>B15 this is B16G over
The gunner of the 16 track (vehicle) needs to communicate with the 15 track
>B16G this is B15G over
The gunner of the 15 track responds
>B15G this is B16G is B15 actual around over
The gunner of B16 is asking for the commander of the B15 vehicle.
>B16G this is B15G roger standby
The gunner of the b15 track is yelling at his commander to finish taking a shit
>B16G this is B15 actual over
>B15 actual this is B16G….
Then he would send his traffic to B15 actual.
