Pretty sure the Danish tear reservoir swings out and possibly allows the rifle cartridges to be loaded. Maybe the toothed bit on the right is actually where the shotgun shells eject, and they are loaded from the left somehow?
Here's where the pictures come from: https://www.finn.no/bap/forsale/ad.html?finnkode=114261665
Jewgle translated:
"My father bought this in the late 1980's. A young promising Norwegian engineer came up with US patent on a revolutionary pumping mechanism on a combo pen. Here we talk about a combos with 6,5x55 and cal. 12 above and below. You have 2 shots on each. If you shoot a shotgun, for example, and take charge, only the shotgun cartridge is replaced and you still have one shotgun and two rifles available and vice versa.
We were in Lunde in Telemark and picked up a bush in his time.
The first 100 were numbered and were to be considered collector items. My dad bought 1 piece. Pretty expensive to be at that time. Ended up with No. 60/100. But I have talked with the engineer who designed the weapon and he can confirm that it was only sold 15 pieces in total.
That is, this weapon is very special. -Not many such in circulation.
The reason that it was sold only so few is that the young gentleman had wagered everything and was taken by the financial crisis or called it the jubilee? The interest rates were running and the business went "to the woods". Fatter has told me that the interest rate on his home loan was 16% at that time. No wonder it's gonna beneath an entrepreneur.
The weapon has been used for hunting for several years. Is not shot a lot with this, but a little wear is seen. Had it at stockbroker Wear for check. He thought it was a fun weapon. Works fine.
Comes with suitcase and div slipper."

For instance once upon a time you could buy pic related from farming stores, they were made for the purpose of killing Kea (native NZ parrot) since they would attack and kill sheep (they would land on a sheep and literally eat it alive). Its a .410 pistol and tens of thousands were sold over the few decades they were made. Well they wouldn’t be unaccounted for, if there were official numbers on them, would they? :^) The map is probably only registered guns or based off corporate sales. I’m sure Mexico and most of Africa aren’t at all an accurate portrayal of the real number of privately owned guns. I worked with a lot of Filipinos at my last job and one told me that which ever part he is from, everyone had a full auto.
