Obongo blocked Worst Korean surplus M1s from coming into the country, what makes you think the ATF will be any more forgiving towards surplus from PDRK? Also, just because they're starting to disarm and maybe open up trade with some of their neighbors doesn't mean Kim is going to open up trade with the US.

Maybe some of the equipment, beyond that, who would want it? The firearms will be pointless as well because most of it we can't have anyway. Might see a few rare and cool oddities. However I predict a attempt at a coup because Kim is now not North Korean enough.
