Animal control is pretty much non-existing on a local level here. Unless a hunter comes along and shoots them and risks doing jail time and losing his gun license and guns. Or if a vet puts them down but that implies catching the dogs and no one will do that. So we,the people, have to act as animal control. And I don't want anybody to lose his funs because of me.

Is it illegal to own rocks in Romania? Throw them at the dogs until they leave. If they come back, throw more rocks at them. Animals are pretty simple, if they associate your neighbor's yard with having rocks thrown at them they'll stay away from your neighbor's yard. Aim for the bigger ones, the smaller ones will probably follow once they're gone.

Hmmm,might do. I mean,I'm working on my hunting license so a game trap won't hurt,althoung the size I'd need would cost me a fair dollar. And I know how it works. Back when my grandpa was still alive,he would go every week to the city hall and demand the mayor to pay for his "spent ammo". He would shoot every unknown pooch (we live in a small neighbourhood and we know each other's dogs ) with a 12ga loaded with buckshot or boar slugs. Those where the fun days. Of course,he always used to tell them that he spent x amount of shells,althoung he only used half. That was his way of fuckin' with the bureaucrats.

My shekels go into my car since it's starting to have major problems. And unless I start saving up for one of those hunting sling shots,I don't think I'll do much damage with my acctual. They make rat poison in pellet form, you could just mix that in with dog food or shove it into sausages. Make sure to not get caught when leaving the food and don't pay for it with a card, buy both items from different stores a town or two over, maybe buy it on craigslist, get rid of the left over poison immediately and not in your own trash, also keep your cat indoors. Anti freeze is good too though.

I don't know about Romanian animal laws, if you happened to kill a not-so-wild dog the owner could try to bring up something with you, leaving poison lying around could also be seen as you endangering your neighbors pets/stupid children or animal cruelty. It just seems to me like your getting into sketchy territory and its always best if you can distance yourself from it.

Definitely antifreeze. It smells sweet to dogs, so the dumb fucks lap it right up. Of you want to be careful, throwing little pieces of beef jerky to get their attention, but the antifreeze should be enough. Just keep the cat inside for a day or two while you watch dogs die left and right.
