>1. use pic related to color your nation of residence
Germany, obviously; I fucked up with the map, here's an RGB capable map, the original one is grayscale only.
>2. find your nation or state in the book and tell me whether your personal experiences are in line with what the author wrote
>Germany, in particular, is a threat to any enemy due to its well-deserved reputation for military prowess and an industrious people.
Yes and no, mostly true due to people being used to work a certain way and do whatever they are told, whether it's a Kaiser, Führer or Chancellor.
>Germany is at the strategic center of Europe with few major mountain obstacles, except in Bavaria to the South. If it weren't for this lack of strategic obstacles to invasion, Germany would be a great place to live.
True.
>Most people speak English, German and at least one other language.
True, however in Eastern Germany many don't speak English.
>The living standard is equal to the US. However, population densities, as in all of central Europe are unacceptably high. Large, open spaces and extensive farmland like we enjoy in the USA are very limited.
True, most rural areas are so densely populated that you can't innawoods in peace.
>Germany also has some of the most intrusive laws relative to free speech, liberty, and home schooling. People who disagree with the official version of the holocaust, even in one or two small details are put in prison if they speak out or write about it. The Germans are very much in the New World Order (NWO) camp.
True, there even have been defense lawyers of accused that have been accused themselves when providing evidence to the defense of they clients… ridiculous. There's also massive censorship of video games, since apparently virtual depiction of violence is super evil, yet many real-life serial criminals are not punished severely, even on cultural grounds.
>Taxes: Germany 0-45%; 15% Nat'l Ins. +26% social security; 19% (7% food)
True, taxes are pretty high and even if you work as a freelancer, you really have to make a good income to have more than welfare. To get above the welfare earning of about 400€ a month, you'll need to earn 1500€ as a freelancer. That gives you (numbers from my head, sorry) about 400€ health insurance and other taxes, leaving you about 400€ to live after rent (~400€) etc. are all deducted. Plus you bear all the risk and bureaucracy of your profession, having to pay insurances for your person and business, etc. Not very friendly, much easier to become an employee somewhere and have less growth chances.
>3. add whatever information you might think is important about your country
Personally I view it as a joke, since idgaf either way, but the gov officially stated that we are identical with the German Reich: bundestag.de/presse/hib/2015_06/-/380964
Whether it's true or not, there seems to be a lot of behind the scenes pressure in the German government about the whole occupation thing ever since the late 40's. We still have American troops and nuclear weapons on our soil, there apparently is no peace treaty, just a ceasefire; there's excessive economic pressure from the US to adapt their legal ways so they can sue for economic damages that occur from not being able to work here as they do overseas… it's ridiculous. Once one of these agreements has been successfully fought off, they directly have the next one coming. It's not as if our own internal economic corruption wasn't bad enough.
Militarily it's the same, our gov apparently is keen on sending German troops to war once more, for obvious NATO interests. As far as I know, most German soldiers however are pretty redpilled about the issue and have some genuine will to help people there.
Politically it's a mix of total apathy and some massive demonstrations with people chanting "Merkel must go". I don't support any of the existing parties, so I can't pick and advertise a side in this matter. Everything belonging to the establishment is part of the problem.
>4. if you came to some new insight about your living situation, share it
Indeed, population density is rather low in some areas, however the dimensions are pretty small compared to other areas in the world. Objectively, this would immediately become a problem if ever something happened.
