If you're lookin to train to use it it's a good knife for slashing throats and boxes, not much else though.

Aren't they just meme knives? Also couldn't it, depending on how cucked the state you're in is, look fairly bad if brought up in court? Stab a nigger with it and then have the prosecution claim you were out hunting for a fight with a military-style assault blade only useful for instant-baby-murder or whatever.

Great for dicing onions (although a parrot beak knife is better imo) not much else unless you get training specific for it.

As much as I love the Gladius you're probably not prepared to carry a Scutum as part of your EDC (and best of luck concealing either of them), it's also going to be a hell of a lot easier to find suitably reliable builds that can stand up to more than looking cool.
