Hello /k/.

I decided enough simulating guns in video games and would get me guns no matter whay it takes. A year and some grueling learning later I got my hunters lisence and now I can into guns. So I want you input on what to get given my choices.

I can get 2 handguns and 5 rifles. Since I dont have the luxury of hoarding them I gotta go for top shelf stuff.

Rifle:

I really want an AR 10 pattern. I got the choice between and HK MR308 for 2.5k or Oberland Arms a german AR maker that is supposedly quite good but still quite young. Their AR10 is 3k and is semi propreitary.

For handguns I wanna get a Ruger Blackhawk and the second im undecided on. I can get a 9mm/45acp range toy or a 10mm auto hunting backup

Thoughts?

Are there any places where you can rent guns to try them? It took me many years to find a revolver that had a grip shape that I liked.

Find a gun you like and see if it'll fit the budget with accessories, because nothing sucks more than having a gun where you've got no cake left over for either ammo or fancy shit. As >>525521 said find a place to rent some guns because you might not like either of your suggestions.

one thing I hate about the modern fanbois of new vegas is that when the game was released they were the ones shitting all over it for being unstable and buggy as fuck. I played it and loved it for what it was, and my appreciation grew constantly even before fallout 4 was announced.

then fallout 4 is released. it is a great game in it's own right, with strengths and weaknesses compared to new vegas, and suddenly all these faggots come out of the woodwork autistically screeching about how "there's no good fallout 4 memes it's all about the easy pete (((diskkkourse)))" and I'm sitting here like hey maybe in another 7 fucking years you faggots will figure out how to play fallout 4, right around the time elder squirrels 6 comes out.

that's not even getting into NMA's attempt to boycott fallout 3 because it wasn't a carbon copy of the dead franchise.

Renting is not an option. Germany is known for its gun culture and there is exactly one gun store that sells a few sporting rifles. If I could rent the rifles I want I wouldnt be asking around for opinions. Its gonna have to be a leap of faith. The best choices I outlined it OP. If it were up to me I would get a LaRue OBR and be done with it but I cant import US guns because they need to be approved the Government and it incurs insane administrative costs
