old one hit the bump limit? anyways let me start with a short (bit off topic) rant and give me your advice.

>doing well, got all my homework done in advance for the next week
>first weekend hits
>room mate from hell gets back two nights in a row at 3 am and wakes me up
>☻s around on his phone
>meanwhile the degenerate stoner directly across the hall is still shouting and playing his stupid videogames at 4am in the morning
>somehow manage to get back asleep through this
>yesterday (sunday) hits, I do more homework in advance, everything is good, until-
>its 10pm. people are still loud… surely theyll go to bed… 11pm.. they're "playing pranks" on each other
>ask my roommate to quite down since he keeps going in and out of the halls to "play pranks" on his friends
>its midnight now, I have to wake up at 6:50am for my morning class
>the other people on the floor ☻ with the degenerate-next-door's speakers system
>he starts shouting "WHO THE ☻ DID THIS?"x10
>shout from my room "Go the ☻ to sleep you annoying faggot"
>he walks into my room "WHO SAID THAT? WHO SAID THAT?"
>in the span of mere seconds I get out of my bed, shove him and say "Get the ☻ out of my room you ☻ing faggot"
>he's still like "WHAT THE ☻?" and pushing back at me so I punch him (literally could not have even bruised him)
>just a jab to the chest and the arm and a last one to the upper back (he claims I hit his head)
>all the floor people freak out
>the degenerate runs away
>Announce to the hall "Try me bitch" I finish and go back to my room to my bed
>he goes and cries in his friends room
>they call a hall monitor up (apparently weren't on duty to keep the halls quiet???)
>tell them exactly what happened
>they then go next door to his room
>he tells them I called him a faggot (I already told the hall monitors I swore at him but they declined to listen when I offered to tell them which words I used)
>they tell him I could be charged with a hate crime
<I will have to go to a scheduled meeting in the next few days to resolve this
<meanwhile the stupid roomate of mine got scared and is sleeping in his friends room
So yeah its 5 in the morning and I have to go to all my classes today because I actually study unlike the rest of my floor and then theres the added chance they might charge me with DEFENDING MYSELF when im trying to go to bed! The hall monitors told me I have the upper hand though because it was him who came into my room completely uninvited (I had it unlocked because my roomate was elsewhere).
