One person's opinion is not the whole of Islam. The idea that a single voice speaks for 1.7 billion people is ludicrous. As for "islamists", I don't know what that means. It's just another buzzword for "someone doing things I don't agree with".

Perhaps, though I am not easily offended. There is an old saying that the Prophet(pbuh) does not need my defense but I pray for his at my judgement.

I don't see the image in OP as offensive because I don't see it as mean spirited. It simply uses the name of God in place of the English "w". It's probably more out of ignorance than an attempt to be offensive. Intention is everything.
