that's nothing compared to the 30 g of protein you get with a small portion of chicken. but your height has little to do with how much protein you get (unless you're malnourished). the benefit of a high-protein diet is muscle growth. most indians are skinny and weak regardless of whether they are tall or not. i'm not saying you'll be competing with यूरोपans if you eat more protein, but it's a start.
