So far, it's
You're a 16 year old boy living in the slums of a city where it's constantly raining and there's always a heavy fog on the town. You have a younger sister who has a strange disease due to all of the pollution in the air created by the city. Your family is poor, so you don't have enough money to pay for her medicine and such (despite the medicine not working). you end up signing up for an underground fighting tournament through murdering somebody in an alleyway to prove your worth, and travel to the arena to fight. You end up winning, but when you get back your little sister died while you were gone. It then timeskips to where you're drinking in a bar and end up in a fight, it moves outside where a girl is being chased by assassins, and you end up saving her while drunk. You decide to help her out, with the motive of getting to the man who runs the large facilities that caused the little sister's disease and that's about where I am.
It's not as convoluted as I make it out to be, I'm just poor at explaining it.
