I know what you mean in terms of not letting it define me. However, what I named is pretty much 95% of my life, the other 5% being shitposting, which I'm bad at too. I do nothing else and nothing else interests me.

Yeah, Lain is confusing at first. I had to watch it in Eng dub and in eng sub about 4 times to actually get a grasp of what was going on. Kids is when it starts getting confusing because they start throwing things that actually happened and a bunch of paranormal stuff so, quite a bit of homework is involved too. and you can prob get them for like 40 dollars
only bad thing is the mic dies out pretty fast since its a pretty cheap one
but the sounds is crisp and nice
i recommend them
the mic lasted me for like 3 months before it died but the sound is still amazing

So, I've never posted here before, so sorry if this isn't the right place to vent (/r9k/ is not so good now but /v9k/ would shun me).
Anyway, I spent a great amount of today waiting on someone to message me because we were gonna hang out (vidya at my place). However, she never got back to me, which was sort of fine because I could still just play the usual stuff, but I still felt really upset nonetheless.
So, my question is where should I go from here? We're going to the Pokémon Sun and Moon release, and I even Masuda Method'd her favorite Pokémom (she doesn't know yet) , but I just don't think we'll be anything more than friends.
And also there is the fact that she very left leaning, and I'm fairly certain I'm using the wrong pronouns right now, heh. Would have already given up if she wasn't the most beautiful person I've ever met.
By the way, not really that into anime other than JJBA but cute 2D girls cheer me up.
