I know what you mean in terms of not letting it define me. However, what I named is pretty much 95% of my life, the other 5% being shitposting, which I'm bad at too. I do nothing else and nothing else interests me.

Yeah, Lain is confusing at first. I had to watch it in Eng dub and in eng sub about 4 times to actually get a grasp of what was going on. Kids is when it starts getting confusing because they start throwing things that actually happened and a bunch of paranormal stuff so, quite a bit of homework is involved too. But the basic plot is easy to get once you gloss over all over the paranormal conspiracies.
