Well… all of them have been pretty hotly talked about as each one has come out.
As far as the main story goes you have to remember that each one is an adaptation of one of three routes from the VN, Fate/Stay Night.
Those routes are:
Fate
Unlimited Blade Works
Heaven's Feel
This means that all of them cover the same story over again, but with different choices, and the first two don't differ by much; of which the anime adaptation of the Fate route was made in 2006 by Studio Deen, so it's considered to be kinda meh in quality.
The spin offs on the other hand, like Apocrypha, Extra, Grand Order, and Kaleid are all various forms of fan service garbage, from Magical Girl series, to alternate universes, and even a slice of life cooking show.

Depends what I do with it really. I could just put half a shot of Everclear and then half a shot of water and it's almost standard 40%, but a little higher. Also I do have a thing of Bacardi 151, and sell a Cruzan 151.

But the process is different from other brandies considering you need white wine with a certain acidic pH. I believe it's made from agave but not the part they use to make tequila.

It's international law and other legal matters. You can go through the same process that Hennessy uses to make their cognac, but if it's not made in Cognac then you can't legally call it that.
Champagne is just sparkling wine, but you can't call it champagne unless it comes from France, or California thanks to some loophole. Then you also have laws protecting naming your whiskey a bourbon, scotch, Canadian, Irish, etc.
That's all I was trying to joke about. Really cognac is just high quality brandy. So you'll never have a Carolina or Oklahoma cognac because there's laws that prevent you from doing so even if it wasn't some cheaply made brandy. You would just have to call it a high quality brandy. And no one really wants to make a high quality brandy without being allowed to call it cognac.
And tequila is an alcohol made from agave, but there's two kinds. There's stuff like Jose Cuervo, which legally allowed to be called tequila as long as it's 51% made from the blue agave plant. The rest can consist of grain spirits essentially. Then there's 100% agave tequila, which will always be advertised on the tequila. Tequila that is made with only agave, and nothing else. 1800 and Hornitos are popular 100% tequilas.
