Realising my use of hypnosis is pretty unhealthy and a way for me to escape reality and enjoy my fantasies… Lucid dreams look like the second best option.

Does anyone know of any good hypno files for training lucid dreams?

Not interested in files about having the same dream with some hypnotist - ones to give the listener control.

I know v1v3 had a hypnosis file to encourage reality checking for lucid dreaming, though it doesn't seem like downloading is available on his site for whatever reason, so I put it in a volaroom: /r/vunyjbzw

N1mj@ is having a live session for lucid dreaming on I think Saturday, which gets uploaded to his site afterword.

Those are the only two I can recall, I'd recommend also focusing on the typical lucid dreaming techniques such as regular reality checking and practicing good dream recall etc.
