Hey anons, I'm going to be off work for a month total and I'm trying to get hypnosis to work for me.

I have no starting point or any files to start and wondering if you guys have any programs that I could follow daily.

I'm looking for anything that works and that will take me down deep. I don't care if it's anything bad, just want something that I can tell is working. I don't want any files or programs that cause you to like cocks or bbc but, anything else is fine.

If anyone has any daily programs or files that'd be great. I'll try to keep up posting daily if any effects start to happen. Thanks in advance for any files posted.

You should really lurk moar, but I'll bite.

Hypnosis is very close to meditation. Try following some guided meditation tracks like https://www.uclahealth.org/marc/body.cfm?id=22&iirf_redirect=1 , then move on to something like N1kk1 F47413's Because series.

I second the recommendation for N1kk1 F4t4|3's Because series - solid hypnosis that will get you used to going into trance and then take you progressively deeper… a GREAT starting point.

Yes N1kk1 would be by far the best choice, if you have a plan, time and want to try real hypnosis. It's not even close.

A lot of her files build on each other, so better not spoil it by starting with the advanced stuff right away.

I'd go with 'Because series'->'Control series'(->SA/S&R)->in-Rapture->Rapture

It sounds a bit like a lot of work, but most files leading to the more intense stuff are good too. It just keeps getting better.

Her stuff isn't fapping material, she didn't cover a lot of kinks and retired long ago. But if you just want to experience actual hypnosis, there is no one better. Even the most advanced stuff like HFO and delayed ejaculation are rather easy as with her. And every time there is a poll or some consensus opinion she always wins by why-even-ask margins.

So this is gourmet stuff. Not just the kids menu.

Appreciating it would be appropriate and staying on track really pays off.

Adding to what the last poster said - Once you've worked your way through the Because series, and maybe the control series you might want to check out N1kk1's Black Room files - N1kk1 elevated erotic hypnosis to a deliciously seductive art form with those 2 files… they're long, the induction is quite subtle but they took me deeper than any other recordings I've ever listened to… really amazing work…
