I think it's personally how long it takes to accept the trigger. It took me two weeks to get it working consistently. Talked with someone else who had it working after listening once.

Once the trigger is set, it depends on you. How much do you think about it? You also don't really notice the change, you only see it looking back later.

Yes, not noticing the changes is typical for such kind of curse files but I feel very quickly if it has the power to work, to change my subconscious mind. Of course, it's very hard to notice the effects before it's too late, that's right. It is like an awakening after a view months.

If you know that having sex is a part of people, and you yourself are one, why did you choose to go the path you did? If you're going to undertake a lengthy process to modify yourself anyway, and you know your perception of yourself is abnormal, why wouldn't you at least try changing it to the normal one to see what it's like?
