I'm slightly schizoaffective and have ringing in my ears when there is no outside noise. One of the few things that really helps is listening to hypno with background binaurals and multiple audio layers. My favorite type of hypno are the ones that blank your mind, like"deleting" everything. Does anyone have files that fit this description? I'd like something kinda long, more than like 15 mins. Thanks!

I have a ringing in my ears too. FROM listening to this crap.

I uploaded a sample file to the room that helped me to fall asleep each night for a while now, but you may find the one that fits best for you by searching YT for "Tinnitus" or "Brain healing" or "White Noise".

You will see you are not alone.

But listening to more of this brainwashing shit will make things most likely even more worst.

I appreciate your concern for my tinnitus :) It is very slight, and binaurals really cover it well. I've had it my whole life so idk if a video would help fix it :P
