Hypnosis is a natural state, but entering deep hypnosis at will/to a file is skill like riding a bike or playing the trumpet. The more you do it the better you get at it.

Just relax, don’t overthink it. Hypnosis feels like zoning out on a long car ride. But it’s the sort of thing you can’t create through concentration. Just relax and, as they say, go along for the ride.

If you think you need a specific goal in mind when listening to a file (I just HAVE to know if I should focus on the words or not) then I'd say to do whichever of those you think would be more effective. If you can't decide, just focus on the words. But make sure not to hold yourself strictly to that, if you start losing focus on the words let yourself lose focus, if your attention gets grabbed back and you start focusing again let that happen.

Essentially, having a goal is fine, but don't hold it so rigid that it distracts you and makes your experience worse.

First and foremost, make sure that there is no pressure to get into a trance state, or behave in a certain way.

See it as a break with something to listen to while you are relaxing. Pay attention to the instructions, but don't feel like you absolutely need to do anything.

Maybe follow the breathing exercises, if you like, or close your eyes, when you feel like it, but your goal should always be to just enjoy the moment while you listen.

The trance will come easiest, when you are most satisfied. And as you listen, you mind will engage with the ideas and concepts presented to it and follow them more and more, without you even noticed it.

So don't get discouraged too soon, listen to files you'd blindly recommend to your best friend, and have fun.

Keep the more controversial files for later. The less a file expects from you, the more you have already accomplished.

Depends on what you're looking for.

The most authentic experience of those three will be from Madam V10|3t's early work - the mp3 stuff like the 10 stations of servitude.

She is one of the actual hypnotists in the clips4shill scene but as I said, it depends on what you're after.

Alex is more fantasy hypnosis than real but it's okay. I honestly wish she'd take a weekend course cos I like her delivery and the experience she gives in her videos.

Diana Rey is not too bad. She has a good hypnotic tone and her content is pretty decent actually but her catalog is smaller than Madam V10|3t by a long way.

In my Pov:

Leave AS, she has a few decent hypno work, and in the rest, you have to act like you are getting tised, but, her movements seem quite distracting to me.

The collection of mv on the free net is more.. and she is probably the best out there, but the quality of her stuff these days is fading! The hypno content that we crave is fading.. its mostly 10-1, click, start stroking.

Though DR does the same, she has that sort of evil dom thingy in her voice. She leaves with a post hyp sugg, like, your mind will remain foggy, etc, which feels good afterwards. I haven't tried joi from her yet.

Although no longer producing content and not exactly a looker, I'd have to add Mistress Joanne to the list. She did a lot of real hypno. Some of her earlier stuff was of poor audio quality but some, such as the excellent Mindless Drone series, was later remastered.

As for Alexandra, I want to punch her in the face every time I see her, which is very rarely. I find her imperious arrogance so annoying.
