I've recently came up with a method of tying my hands to the bed before listening. This creates the feeling of being restrained and unable to stop the trance before it ends, basically being fully enslaved and dependent on hypnotists' will. Of course the knot is actually really shitty and easy to break, since I have to be able to tie it on myself, start a file with it and then relatively easy get free in the dark room while I'm finished, but it still creates an effective illusion that makes me fall much deeper and feel more helpless and submissive. And well, it makes the whole thing much more hot for me
