I've checked out the $10 tier, it's got some nice additional videos, and they work well for putting me to sleep (for half an hour or so - I'm generally not very hypnotizable) but they're not different in style from what there is on youtube.

For the first response, I also had to wait for a few days, which is understandable considering how many mails there must be. It was not a real "interaction" though, just an instruction to watch her patreon videos.

One is the file itself, which is mostly influenced by the recording quality, editing and technique.

The other one is the perception of the file by the listener. This is way more subjective, because the voice, accent, and fetish preference, as well as desires and so on play a huge role in the effect it has on the individual user.

From my personal experience the second aspect is even more important than the first. If I strongly desire a certain experience, I can tolerate a file with significantly worse quality, than I would otherwise listen to.
