I've just uploaded another m4|dPr0gr4m$ zip file, so I guess the problems with some images is solved now.

Just run maidApplication.exe to choose a name for your mistress and you, select a severity level and assign.

To start the game, just run maidTraining.exe and have fun (and training, of course).

Remember(1): if you re-run maidApplication.exe, all your records will set back to 0 and you'll have to start from the very beginning.

Remember(2): you have to download the m4|dPr0gr4m$ and the maid files 1 to 4 in order to play.

Thank you for the MaidTrainingProgram game, I started playing it yesterday morning and was surprising pleased, cleaning my room (yesterday) and the bathroom (today), and trying to please the mistresses, though I've already had a lot of punishments (but I've managed it someway). I'm 55 points now and willing for more training. Mistress allowed me a 2 hours vacation, so I've came here just to thank you for the fun. Very addictive game, indeed.

Sissymaid training program re-uploaded.

Open all these 5 files in the same folder, e.g. "sissymaid":

- maidfiles01

- maidfiles02

- maidfiles03

- maidfiles04

- maidPrograms

Open maidPrograms, run maidApplication.exe and follow the instructions. Here you'll choose a name for your mistress and yourself, select your severity level and apply for maid training.

From now on, every time you want to play, just open maidPrograms, run maidTraining.exe and follow the instructions.

Every time you follow the mistresses' instructions you'll be rewarded with points. If you do something wrong, or if it pleases them, you will lose points and receive a punishment. Your progress will be recorded, and you can always see your current status. If you do all your duties and follow all the instructions you're sure to be awarded in the end though (a warning: be careful when typing answers, the mistress hates mispellings!).

Be careful not to re-run maidApplication.exe or the game will reset and you'll lose all your previous progress!

The process is very similar to the sissy maid training, so you've already got the idea. Still, I also uploaded the installation procedure.

Just one more thing: I downloaded it and played it two or three years ago, but it isn't really my favourite role-playing and I couldn't please the masters, so I've quitted. A tip: even at severity level 1, it is really hard: in my first (and only) day there, I lost two thirds of my initial score. Anyway, I hope you have fun with it.

Thanks for uploading the slave training program. It will be amazing what this sort of thing will evolve into in a decade with ubiquitous sensing and machine learning.

I actually got that same error after like 1 day of using it. Gave up on the thing.

I also did not like how the file was set too stringently to account for people with weird sleep cycles. Being on a night shift and sleeping in the day resulted in the program refusing to let the maid sleep during the day for being "lazy" and refused to let the maid go to work at night.

And that is just a few of the huge limitations of this program. Program wants you to say you are a sissy maid but reprimands you if you say a pretty sissy maid or a slutty sissy maid or whatever else you want to say. Because it requires a character by character exact match without allowing variations.

As an alternative I recommend Virtual Master. http://virmst.eu/wp/virtual-master/

It's not specifically maid oriented but it's scripted so you can make it for whatever theme you want. I used it to make a program that would encourage/reward daily hypno sessions.

I didn't get the slave training program, but the sissy maid training is working good, at least to me, it's my 8th day training and i'm 101 points by now.

Just a tip: in the game, you're asked to do a lot of typing for Mistress, and you're not allowed to mispell, so keep focus when typing. On the other hand, if you do your punishment you can receive your points back, and even be rewarded with 1 or 2 points more.

Remember: open all files in one folder, go to MaidPrograms, run maidApplication.exe and follow instructions. Then run maidTraining.exe to play. Be careful: if you run maidApplication.exe again, all game will reset and you'll lose all the previous savings.

I somehow got a list of most common answers to help me with typing. That's on the vola too.

If one's a bit lazy and careless with house chores like me, it's a funny way to keep things tidy and clean.

Uploaded the maid training software to /r/pnc4c8rr.

I have been doing it for a few weeks. It is surprisingly engaging. The program does evolve a bit over time, as you progress through training. Currently at 300 points….

Tips:

Make sure you select two daily check in times that can work for you. The morning one only takes minutes, but the evening one can keep you busy for 20+ minutes. You don't necessarily have to do the training, but you are going to have to click to the next screen.

You need to be accurate on your check in times to the second. So set a reminder so you can be ready to click at the proper time. There are timed tasks during the punishment drills, so use the computer's timer for those as well.

The file with answers can be very helpful at first, especially for doing the conversation training and punishment lessons. It also contains the 4 proper responses which you are taught on the first day. You will need to use "Yes Mistress. Thank You Mistress." on a daily basis.

Basically, do what the program tells you. You will flounder a bit as you learn the rules, but you can work down those demerits over time.

The pics includes with the program can be replaced with ones more to your liking. They need to be scaled to 333x500 pixels. I included a file with a collection of replacement pics I used. If you get into the program, you are going to be seeing these images all the time, so it is worth it to tailor it to your tastes.

Conversation training is the hardest. You need to have every line of dialog written out, or the cheat file open when you do it.

For punishment lessons it helps to have the phrases available for reference as well.

For punishment drills your need to use a timer, and nail the timing down to the second. They are generally the nastiest of the punishments.

Make sure you report to most tasks while dressed.Only having one outfit makes things a bit easier.

Target 90 minutes for the time to perform your daily chore.

Ask for permissions to drink water, go to the bathroom, eat meals. Don't ask for more exotic permissions.

If you have tried twice, you have found most of the easy ways to screw up. Do the application a third time, and be cautious. You will rack up fewer punishments now that you know what to avoid. Even if you have a backlog of punishments, you have a week or two to clear them before it starts to matter. Each punishment is an opportunity to earn a credit, so look at them as a mix of good and bad.

Floundering is part of the process. But it feels good once you get the hang of things.

Good luck. There will be pitfalls along the way. I just went through a Mistress Day where I had to donate some of my points to the Mistress as an offering, and if you report several times you might get the points back. I messed up the timing and lost 50+ points. Lesson learned, be wary of putting more than 20-30 points at stake during Mistress day.

Also, do not be in a rush to up your severity setting. It only seems to impact how many trainings you get, and the number of net credit points to dodge a punishment. The punishments will get more demanding over time as the training evolves.

Level 4 severity, and the evening training is a minimum of 20 minutes now….

Issue with the program. When I start it it's all set up for someone else, and acts like I'm coming back (but the name wasn't any I ever used). Does anyone know how to clear it so you start new?

There is a Maid Application exe file in the mix. You need to run that and that will restart the app, gather your info, and you will be on your way. From then on, just run the main app. If you run the maid application a second time you will reset all your progress.
