I seem to have this problem with hypno that once I've heard it once or twice, it has nowhere near the same effect as the first time. Its like my subconscious is saying "I've heard it all before".

Sounds very familiar.

That's why tists add the amnesia suggestion, or add more tracks (like SB) to "create new" experience every time you listen to the same file.

I listen, I get the enjoyment out of something new, and I move on to a new one. Listening to it again does nothing but remind me of listening to it the first time, and I know everything that will be said.

Files that, when repeated, don't put you back in or don't advance the depth of trance or increase your responsiveness to the subject simply don't work for you. Find the ones that do. Everyone has favorite music or movies or books that you look forward to experiencing again. Some you can't get through once. Some you don't need to go back to. Hypnosis files are no different. There are hundreds of files shared here, just find ones you like.

To add some further discussion to this thread.

Are there any particular hypno files that hooks you more than once?

For example:

J4ckp0t 15 by IV because it has potent triggers and really builds it up (Got close to HFO with ejaculation with this one).

Th3 3nd 0f y0ur w0rld by 0rg4sm1c g1ggl35 because of it's atmospheric properties (Great if you want to sink to the brink of sleep).
