It's a cliche answer, but IV's swallow probably really is as good as it gets. The trigger itself is weird and not particularly good, but damn me if the file itself isn't hot and convincing as fuck and a 10/10 hypno in general

Swallow is from back when IV hadn't stuck her head up her ass and was actually good. It has a dumb post-hypnotic suggestion, but otherwise it's the best CEI file I've listened to.

Only after listening to it many times it kind of began to work, but more in a sense of me sometimes reminding myself about it when hearing a dripping faucet than it being an automatic subconscious reaction. And the "leave them dripping as often as you can part"? Come on, of course not.

1 is genuinely great, 2 is okay, don't know about 3

the general problem with these hypnos is the practical logistics of the act

a listener can be in a bed, on a chair, whatever, and the instruction is unclear about what you're meant to be doing with your body

and then it's a question of how to actually get it into your own mouth etc
